    R4

I love the DS. I remember playing the game boy advance back in the day, playing link to the past on the district line train and just how awesome it was to contain this whole fantasy world in your pocket. Free for you to play at any time. Anywhere.

The DS really was the next step. The popular R4 mod lets you boot DS ROM images onto a micro SD cards. Potentially allowing about 20 games on a single cart. I've got the best DS games on my R4 and i can whip them out, play them anytime. Switch games at any time without having to carry 20 cartidges around with me. Quite easily i've spent most of my gaming on the DS now.

One of my favourite features is the Skins. Homebrew really expands a sense of community and user generated content so people can make all sorts of awesome skins from scratch. Your own custom design which is just too cool. So when i saw this Tool skin, i couldnt refuse :

Wear the grudge like a crown

Okay. Im a bit annoyed right now. I want to get something clear in my head.

If somebody, it doesnt matter who that is, is going to create conditions and rules about what i can and cant talk about to them, then i will not fucking discuss anything with that person at all.

Say for example i talk about subject A, and the person goes, i do not want you to talk about subject A, its not even "im not interested" its when people indirectly imply that, through their disinterest, they want you to shut up, its like, ok what the fuck im not your personal talk dummy.

And you know something, im so going to fucking shut up because i, and the world are sick of hearing each other's opinions so im going to have, a nice, period, of normality. Im going to talk normally, and blandly, because i am so sick of people pushing me away. Fine. I push you away now. If you want me to talk the way i used to, too bad. There's a price for that and right now, nobody can afford it.

    Finally!

After a good bit of tweaking on my guitar, i finally got something near or something that resembles adam jones's guitar tone. Well....at least i think so. For some odd reason i imagine some guitar expert is going to examine my settings and tell me "this is nothing like adam jones's setup" and they're probably right, but i feel like im a lot closer than i was before...lol. Because all my guitar was outputting before was just this pure, santana -bassy tune.

The trouble comes of figuring it out.....Im such a noob T_T

    A fair share of freedom

There are several alleyways, walkways and street paths in London, when bathed in the natural coat of daylight, may seem to your eye as something insignificant, something that you're familiar with. But when the eyelids of the earth close, and our sky is cloaked in a deep, resonant noir; those alleyways find their new personalities. Neon lights, cigarette smoke, orange streetlights and an omniscient, chilly wind. This is the backdrop and tone that people make their parties, drink their drinks and sing their songs to. There is a universal feeling of freedom among the crowds.

I want something that lasts, something that will live beyond my death. We can stand here all day and do exactly as we want, exactly as we please, but for now, i've had my fair share of freedom.

    Electronics Rant

I have been using electronics for all my life practically. A lot of electronics also means witnessing a lot of broken electronics. Yeah, i know around my circle i'm known as a somewhat electronic-software guru, which is partially true. The thing is, a lot my "knowledge" of software and hardware comes from simple, pure, guesswork that is guided by my experience with electronics.

And my experience with electronics is somewhat flaky. I think the key thing i learnt with computers and the such is you have to experiment. Seeing as how i've been doing this as young as i was 7 (i learnt how to execute programs in command, ms dos mode at the age of 7) i've broken quite a lot of stuff.

And i have noticed a trend now. This trend is specifcally the wire and how it connects to the device. And i've noticed that there is always a weak spot in the specific place where the wire joins in with the device. And that has been with every device up to this day. All the way back in the 90's to even now, the weakness is still the same. You put a LIIIIITTLE yank or pull on that section. Just a LITTLE everyday or a few days and it'll break within no time.

Why am i saying this? Because my Nintendo DS charge broke.
